What You Need
4 fresh artichoke hearts
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 small garlic clove
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
What To Do
1. Using a fork, mash garlic with salt in a wooden salad bowl.
2. Add fresh artichoke hearts, and mash into garlic.
3. Add olive oil and stir; then lemon juice, and stir; then white wine vinegar, and stir; then hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring after each addition.
4. Add canned artichoke hearts to mixture and toss to coat; let marinate for 1 hour.
5. Serve on bed of greens.
