This Dilled Asparagus recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
2 pounds fresh asparagus, cooked
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup liquid from dill pickles
1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
1 garlic clove, crushed
What To Do
1. Place cooked, drained asparagus in casserole dish.
2. Mix olive oil, chopped pickle, pickle liquid and garlic together, then pour over asparagus. Cover. Let asparagus marinate for at least one hour.
3. Drain and serve on lettuce leaves.
