Easy Marinated Asparagus Recipe
What You Need
Italian or French salad dressing
What To Do
Note: A serving is 4 spears of asparagus, so use as much asparagus as you need with that as a guide.
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Put asparagus into boiling water, then immediately remove from heat and drain.
3. Place asparagus in a dish with a cover.
4. Pour your favorite Italian or French salad dressing over asparagus, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
5. Serve on lettuce leaf.
