What You Need
1 egg, beaten
1 medium-sized head green cabbage
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
What To Do
1. Cut cabbage in half; core, slice and shred.
2. Cook, covered, in as little water as possible until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Drain thoroughly.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Blend and warm over low heat. (Do not allow to boil.) Serve immediately.
