This Roasted Corn recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
8 ears sweet corn
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do
1. Soak corn for approximately 30 minutes cold water.
2. While corn is soaking, preheat grill to medium.
3. Peel back husks from ears of corn, but don't remove from cob. Remove silk from cobs; brush each ear with melted butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Fold husks back over corn and place on grill. Cook 20-30 minutes, until kernels are tender.
