Mustard Glazed Carrots Recipe

What You Need
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 lbs. carrots, fresh
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup water
What To Do
1. Wash and scrub carrots. Slice into 1/4-inch slanting slices.
2. Bring water to boil in 3-quart pan or skillet. Add carrots. Cover and cook until carrots are barely tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
3. Stir in butter, honey and mustard. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until carrots are glazed.
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
