Baked Crispy Potatoes Recipe

What You Need
4 pounds potatoes
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
What To Do
1. Preheat over to 400F.
2. Wash potatoes and cut in half, lengthwise.
3. Lightly coat a 7x12x1 pan with oil.
4. Place potatoes, cut side down, in pan and rub in oil to coat. Turn over potatoes (cut side up).
5. Mix cumin and red pepper and sprinkle over potatoes.
6. Bake about 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
