Cheddar Baked Potato Slice Recipe
This Cheddar Baked Potato Slices recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, sliced quarter-inch thick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Combine soup, paprika and pepper.
3. Grease a 2-quart baking dish and arrange potatoes across bottom in overlapping rows. Sprinke with half the cheese, and pour soup mixture over top.
4. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes; potatoes should be fork-tender.
5. Remove from oven, remove foil, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
