This Smashed Potatoes recipes makes 10 servings.
What You Need
9 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons butter-flavored sprinkles
2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
What To Do
1. Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water. Cover saucepan and boil 20-25 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain.
2. Combine potatoes with remaining ingredients and mash with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
