What You Need
6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, approximately 30 minutes.
2. Slip off skins and cut into half-inch-thick slices.
3. Add remaining ingredients to 10-inch skillet and heat over medium. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
4. Add sweet potatoes and gently stir until potatoes are hot and glazed.
