This Spinach Casserole recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped spinach
1 10.5-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
1 small can Durkee's French Fried Onion Rings
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a casserole dish.
2. Cook spinach according to package instructions and drain thoroughly.
3. Saute onion in margarine, then add soup and cream cheese. Heat over low until cheese is melted.
4. Mix together with the spinach, then turn into prepared casserole dish.
5. Top with onion rings.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
