Spinach with Onions Recipe

This Spinach Casserole recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
2 pounds fresh spinach
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
Dash nutmeg
Dash thyme
Dash salt
Dash fresh ground pepper
What To Do
1. Wash spinach thoroughly. Place in top of double boiler and heat just until wilted.
2. Drain spinach; chop coarsely.
3. Melt margarine in a skillet, then add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is browned on its edges.
4. Add seasonings and stir.
5. Add spinach and toss, then serve immediately.
